1. Services

  • Setup of Google Ads campaigns (only for the booked duration, e.g., 3 months).
  • Website creation / landing page including domain & hosting (e.g., 1 year, depending on the package).
  • Consulting and video conferences according to the booked package.
  • No Conversion Guarantee: AdsSetup does not guarantee a specific number of leads or conversions.

2. Contract Duration & Termination

  • Packages run for the agreed duration.
  • Early termination only after written agreement and approval by AdsSetup.
  • No refunds will be issued for payments already made in case of early termination.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is made via payment link after form acceptance.
  • Client pays before project start.
  • AdsSetup does not receive any direct payment information from the client.

4. Advertising Budget / Client Accounts

  • Advertising budget for Google Ads is not included in the package.
  • Client must provide their own ad account and enter payment information themselves.
  • AdsSetup has no access to client data or payments via the ad account.
  • AdsSetup is not liable for expenses in the client account.

5. Additional Products / Upsells

  • Optional: Laptop table, foldable seat, suitcase organizer, tableware, mosquito net, etc.
  • Basic suitcase includes only essential products for getting started.
  • Upsells may increase potential revenue but are not mandatory.

6. Usage & Limitations

  • Website videos / content are only accessible via the website – no download possible.
  • No protection against screen recording is possible.
  • Clients can only use content via the provided channels.

7. VIP-Plus Package Benefits

  • Combination of VIP package (Google Ads) and website package.
  • Includes all services of both packages.
  • Clients save money: Website runs 1 year, Ads only 3 months.

8. Customer Notes

  • All services are clearly displayed on the landing page.
  • Asterisks indicate time-limited services:
    • Google Ads: only 3 months*
    • Domain & Hosting: 1 year*
  • Client form must be fully completed to start the project.

*The specified durations apply exclusively to the marked services. Google Ads booking is limited to 3 months. Domain & hosting are valid for 1 year.

9. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Contact

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of Malta.
  • The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Gzira, Malta.
